Made-to-Order Items
All ChireJewelry pieces are handcrafted to order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or defect, you must provide:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
Processing Time
Please allow 5-8 business days for your jewelry to be handcrafted before shipping. This processing time is in addition to shipping time.
